Parking is free. Follow the blue ANWB signs P3. From the parking lot it is a 5-minute walk to entrance P1 Hourglass.
From bus stop Exit 265, it is a 15-minute walk to The Chocolate Factory.
1. Is the venue accessible to visitors with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is easily accessible to visitors with disabilities. There is an elevator for visitors with disabilities that provides access to both the attraction and Level 10. The attraction and Level 10 are accessible with a small wheelchair, provided the visitor is accompanied by a caregiver.
2. Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the store is accessible to wheelchair users. Visitors with electric wheelchairs can access the store through the entrance on the Jumbo side.
3. Are there parking spaces for people with disabilities?
Yes, accessible parking spaces are available in both P1 and P2. These spaces are reserved for visitors with a valid accessible parking permit.
4. How do I get down from the 10th floor?
Visitors can use the stairs to go downstairs. If you’re unable to use the stairs, please let one of our staff members know. They’ll be happy to direct you to the elevator so you can still get downstairs safely and comfortably.
