No, lunch is not possible at The Chocolate Factory.
However, it is possible to book a drink with something tasty, like the Brabant Brea: coffee/tea/fresh drinks with a sausage roll or a Factory break: hot chocolate with cake. Ask for our possibilities.

The Chocolate Factory reserves the right to immediately remove from its systems, without prior warning, any offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate text, team names and/or images entered, displayed or used during the visit. In such cases, the personalized pack of sprinkles will not be produced and/or the team name will not be displayed on screens or other means of communication in the attraction.
Visitors guilty of such behavior may be denied access to (parts of) the attraction, with no right to a refund.

  • Book in advance through the online ticket menu and pay directly, it's easiest for both parties.
  • Not sure of the final number yet? The final number will be determined on the day of the visit and paid at the box office. No administration fee will be charged for payment on site by pin (this applies to groups of 30 students or more).
  • On invoice? Then we charge €25 administration and processing fee per invoice. (From 150 students or more we do not charge an administration fee)

We recommend at least 1 chaperone per 10 to 15 students. Guides accompany their own group of students during the visit.Guides and riding parents have free admission but need a companion ticket

We understand that. The final number of students can often be adjusted shortly before the visit. Please contact our reservations team for this so we can look at the possibilities together.

What if a student is sick on the day?

This can happen, of course. We will gladly look for a suitable solution together. In case of changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

A visit to The Chocolate Factory takes about 2 hours on average. If you would like to combine the visit with another activity at the Noordkade, please allow extra time.

The Chocolate Factory is almost completely covered. This makes it an ideal destination regardless of the weather.
