Parking is free. Follow the blue ANWB signs P3. From the parking lot it is a 5-minute walk to entrance P1 Hourglass.

By car, we are easily accessible via the A50 and the N279.

From Utrecht: 45 minutes
From Eindhoven: 25 minutes
From Den Bosch: 20 minutes
From Nijmegen: 35 minutes

From bus stop Exit 265, it is a 15-minute walk to The Chocolate Factory.

A visit to The Chocolate Factory takes about 2 hours. Also take a look at the Noordkade and make it a complete day out. Theater, cinema and a diverse range of catering establishments. The ingredients for a wonderful day out.

The Chocolate Factory offers plenty of adventure and fun for families with elementary school age children and beyond! Ideal for children ages 6 and up, with activities that also remain challenging and fun for all age kids. Of course, everyone is welcome to join the experience! Both children and adults need a valid admission ticket.Children/youth up to 18 years of age accompanied by an adult only.

The Chocolate Factory is also an inspiring and educational outing for team outings and school trips!

A disabled elevator is available. The attraction and Floor 10 are accessible by a small wheelchair with an attendant. The store is also accessible by electric wheelchair through the entrance at the Jumbo. Disabled parking spaces are available at both P1 and P2.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel tickets or get a refund. However, we can rebook the tickets to another date.

During school vacations and public holidays, we recommend buying your tickets online in advance. This is to avoid disappointment at the box office. The online ticket menu shows the times when there is still space available.

Official guide dogs are welcome in the attraction.

 

Unfortunately, the use of strollers and buggies is not possible in the attraction.
Kindly request for toddlers to use a baby carrier and do not bring strollers/buggies.
No supervision is possible.
