From bus stop Exit 265, it is a 15-minute walk to The Chocolate Factory.
The Chocolate Factory offers plenty of adventure and fun for families with elementary school age children and beyond! Ideal for children ages 6 and up, with activities that also remain challenging and fun for all age kids. Of course, everyone is welcome to join the experience! Both children ages 4 and up and adults/escorts need a valid admission ticket.
The Chocolate Factory is also an inspiring and educational outing for team outings and school trips!

A visit to The Chocolate Factory takes about 2 hours. Also take a look at the Noordkade and make it a complete day out. Theater, cinema and a diverse range of catering establishments. The ingredients for a wonderful day out.
During school vacations and public holidays we advise you to buy your tickets online in advance. This to avoid disappointment at the box office. The online ticket menu shows the times when there are still seats available. Both children aged 4 and older and adults/accompanying adults need a valid ticket.
Yes, attendants, parents and grandparents also need a ticket to visit the attraction. You will receive a wristband to operate the entrance gates and keep track of your scores. All team members contribute to the total score, and who knows, maybe your team will be the winner of the day!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel tickets or get a refund. However, we can rebook the tickets to another date.
1. Is the venue accessible to persons with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is easily accessible for disabled visitors. There is a disabled elevator that provides access to both the attraction and Floor 10. The attraction and Floor 10 are accessible with a small wheelchair when accompanied by a companion.
2. Can I access the store with a wheelchair?
Yes, the store is accessible to wheelchair users. Visitors with an electric wheelchair can reach the store through the entrance on the Jumbo side.
3. Are there disabled parking spaces?
Yes, there are disabled parking spaces available at both P1 and P2. These parking spaces are intended for visitors with a valid disabled parking permit.
4. How do I go down from Floor 10?
Visitors can descend via the stairs. If it is not possible to descend the stairs, please notify one of our staff members. They will be happy to direct you to the elevator so you can still descend safely and comfortably.

Unfortunately, the Museum Card is not valid for admission to The Chocolate Factory.
No stress ! Come as soon as possible and we will adjust the time block at the reception so your adventure can begin!
If the next time block is unfortunately full, we kindly ask you to wait until the next time block (there are 15 minutes between the time blocks).
Official guide dogs are welcome in the attraction.
Unfortunately, the use of strollers and buggies is not possible in the attraction.
Kindly request for toddlers to use a baby carrier and do not bring strollers/buggies.
No supervision is possible.
The factory tower is a whopping 30 meters high and offers great views! The visitor elevator on the outside of the building is not just any elevator, but part of the experience - a great experience, maybe even a tad exciting.
Are you afraid of heights? No worries! Just mention it at the front desk and we will provide an alternative.
1. What if I have gluten allergy?
No worries! This is not a problem for participating in the experience. Choose a game only ticket, and you will not encounter gluten.
A Full Experience ticket includes the sprinkle mix, granola bar and a chocolate, these contain gluten.
Advice: please indicate it in the comments field when booking.
2. What if I am lactose intolerant?
This is not a problem for participating in the experience. Choose a game only ticket and you will not encounter lactose. However, remember that the sprinkles mix, food bar and chocolates may contain lactose, so check the ingredients before enjoying these.

3. What if I have a nut allergy?
The same applies to guests with a nut allergy: choose a game only ticket and you won't come into contact with nuts. However, the sprinkles mix, food bar and chocolates of the Full Experience ticket may contain nuts, so be careful and always ask about the ingredients.

4. What if I have an allergy and want to visit Floor 10?
